Amazing insight from producers about breaking barriers!
I just can't get enough of Modern Family! The show is so smart and so funny, and it's really changed the way we view the comedy genre. It was amazing to hear the producers talk about how they have re-invented the sitcom as a sort of mockumentary, but as a series instead of a film.
My favorite part was when Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson talk about breaking barriers as a gay couple with an adopted child. Given that this is a touchy subject in today's world, it was refreshing to see how dedicated the actors and producers are to showing the everyday dysfunction that plagues ANY family, regardless of sexuality, beliefs, nationality, etc. This DVD is a great purchase; you won't regret the twenty bucks I promise.
Interesting and Entertaining
Interview with most of the cast from the first season. Lots of fun for fans of the show. I wish I could remember some of the scenes they mention. Makes me want to rent the first season to watch again.
